Production
Dal 2003 Cimolai è attiva nella produzione di tubi LSAW di grande diametro e spessore per strutture Off-Shore e applicazioni Oil & Gas, per il settore delle energie rinnovabili e le costruzioni.
The Cimolai pipe mill in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD), with access to the Adriatic Sea, covers 180,000 sqm (60,000 covered) and features a 200 m private quay with a 7 m draft. The equipment handles components of all sizes: 350 t overhead crane, SPMTs, telescopic/crawler cranes, strand jacks, and lifting towers.

Cimolai acquista le lamiere per la produzione di tubi esclusivamente da primarie acciaierie qualificate. Nella selezione dei fornitori vengono valutati diversi parametri, tra cui le normative applicabili, la classe del materiale, eventuali requisiti aggiuntivi, nonché la larghezza, lo spessore, il peso delle lamiere e i tempi di consegna richiesti. È inoltre possibile eseguire commesse utilizzando lamiere fornite dal cliente in conto fornitura.
